Cobb Salad Wrap

Make filling up to 4 hours in advance and toss with dressing at the last minute.

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Carrots
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopeed Sweet Yellow Pepper
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) diced Cooked Ham or Chicken
  • 4 10-inch (25 cm) whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce


  • In medium bowl, combine eggs, chopped lettuce, carrots, tomato, yellow pepper, cheese and ham.
  • Dressing: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste; toss with vegetable mixture.
  • Place each tortilla on working surface. Line middle with lettuce leaf; top leaf with one-quarter of the vegetable mixture. Fold end over filling and roll side over filling.
