Weight Control

Due to poor eating habits and lack of physical exercise, obesity amongst Canadians (particularly young people) is now an increasingly important concern. Steps are constantly being taken to try and reduce obesity in Canada and one of the most important decisions one can make to fight it is to eat a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables. Vegetables are nutritious, very low in calories and they taste delicious!
